Custom Oak Shelves and Mantel
Custom build for clients looking to finish their builtins and fireplace. The oak shelves and mantel was created to wrap around the existing structures. The oak was finished to match into the tone of the floor and surrounding furniture.

Retail Upgrade
Transformed the window seating in this boutique shop into more usable retail space with open shelving and gave the top a great look using reclaimed wood.

Coffee Nook
Custom reclaimed wood shelves were supplied for this great use of space.

Dresser Makeover
Modern take on this old pine dresser. Lots of sanding, a white wash on the top and drawers, some new pulls from Lee Valley Tools, and milk paint. Beachy vibes on this one!

Reclaimed Entryway Bench
Old floor joists reclaimed from a tear down and some local barn board helped give this entryway bench some charm and character. The raw wood look was achieved by a white wash stain and then a satin finish gives the bench a smooth feel and natural appearance.

Iron Grate and Waterfall Barn-board Coffee Table
This cool coffee table used a combination of a salvaged metal grate my client had and reclaimed wood from a local fallen barn. The wood end was done in the waterfall look to mirror the thinner profile of the metal grate. The beautiful texture of this barn board plays nicely with the patina on the iron. A great mixture of antique and modern farmhouse look.

Repurposed Vintage Industrial Filing Cart
Pipe and Glass Custom Table
Cast iron pipe was repurposed to create the base for this glass dining / desk size table. My client wanted an organic and airy feel, we went with the brass colour on the pipe to soften the look paired with the tempered glass top.

Black Walnut Live Edge Bench
The chunky black metal ‘x’ legs paired well with this thick slab of gorgeous black walnut wood. The organic shape gave some nice interest to the entryway of my clients home.

Salvaged Dining Table
This dining table was made from 100 year old framing wood pulled from a local house reno. This wood would have ended up in a landfill and now it lives on. The small size works for the space and when there’s extra company a breakfast bar was created with the same wood to line up to the dining table to provide more room.

Wood Wall Headboard
Wood feature wall headboard with floating bookshelf and nightstands.

Reclaimed Beam Coffee Table
This large coffee table was made from salvaged hand hewn beams and was constructed so that it could be easily moved and disassembled when needed. The six wood beams have hidden bolts that secure the table underneath well still maintaining that floating look. The century old wood has a ton of character, but the clean lines of the design allow the table to fit in with modern decor.

Desk Bar
This fun project saw this wonderful heirloom piece be transformed into a functional bar for my client. The desk belonged to my clients grandfather, and because of the narrow leg space, it was no longer suitable for that use. The repurposing was quite the undertaking, with the drawers being turned in to cabinets where under-mount wine glasses could be stored, tall liquor bottles could be hidden, and other essential bar ware, and even tricked out with a shot glass rack. The middle section got overhauled and turned into a wine rack with lowball glasses storage. The exterior was finished to match in with the clients other current espresso toned furniture.

Beam Bench
I love a challenge! This customer came by the workshop with a specific vision in mind. She wanted a bench that was inspired by her time in Italy, something that was chunky, light toned and reminded her of stone work. I came up with the beam concept to give her that character look, but still be in line with that modern aesthetic. The use of different species of reclaimed wood gives it nice changes in colour and tone, helping to set this piece of functional art apart.

From Drab to Fab
This vintage medic cabinet got a nice refreshing for a customer.

Dining Bench
Small reclaimed wood bench to accompany this antique farm house table and theatre seats I restored for a customer.

Reclaimed Wood Sofa Table
I love when clients come to me with a great idea! This customer wanted a unique table for behind her sofa, and she wanted to incorporate a Conway Electric Extō outlet and one of my signature lamps. The inlayed outlet and my vintage industrial style lamp was a great pairing for this reclaimed build .

Floating Shelves
A floating shelf is a great way to add some storage space, character and interest to a wall.

Little Free Library
Custom small build with big impact. This little free library was super fun to design and create, and its getting lots of love in the community.

Wormy Maple Table
The beauty of Wormy… or Ambrosia Maple as it is also called, is that there is so much to look at in the grain. The light tone of the maple wood next to the lines and patterns created in nature, is an inspiring combination.

12ft Black Walnut Table
This conference size table was custom made for a client as their dining room table. The rich colour and grain of the black walnut wood paired nicely with the steel “x” legs. The clients wanted the raw industrial look to the legs, and we went with a reinforced bottom on the steel in order to really ground the design. The tables both rustic yet streamline features is a classic look, sure to stand the test of time!

River Rock Live Edge Outdoor Coffee Table
I finally got to build a river rock style table! Clients of mine, who live in the Beaches, were interested in a unique outdoor coffee table for their beautiful patio living room. I transformed this live edge sugar maple slab into a stunning table top, and with the help of some hand picked beach stones and pebbles imbedded into the wood crevices, it has a one of a kind look. A great piece to get the conversations rolling while entertaining in this oasis.

Wood Wine Wall
What a fun build! This custom live edge maple wall wine rack is super unique. It features some amazing character in the wood and has enough space to hold 20 bottles of wine. A piece of functional art.

Trunk Bars
This is one of my favourite ways to repurpose a vintage trunk. Large wardrobe trunks take up a lot of space and are often too big to use as a coffee table. Bring them to me, and I’ll transform them into an awesome bar!
